Mix Tromba Tequila, Triple Sec, Fresh Lime Juice and Sugar syrup. 

Pour over a large handful of ice, then shake like there’s no tomorrow!

Double strain into your glass, lined with salt. 

Drink it down, then hit anot

Ohhh, it’s a cold start to a Saturday morning. The weather is pretty shit - but we don’t care! 

Our fire is stocked, and Tommy has split some more logs this morning. He likes doing it - it makes him feel like the lumberjack he never quit

We have mouth watering sirloins, crunchy schnitzels (both chicken & eggplant) and a pie floater that will stop you in your tracks.
